Born in Chile, he traveled around the world and was lucky enough to live in many cities with very diverse cultures, such as Vienna, Austria; Santiago, Chile; Bangkok, Thailand; New York, USA; Quito, Ecuador and several other cities. His career has been extremely diverse. He has worked in the field of professional photography, commercial film direction, direction of documentaries for the United Nations, development of biometric innovation projects and created the first company specialized in market research based on biometrics and implicit responses in Latin America. He founded Eye On Media, the largest Neuromarketing laboratory in all of Latin America, and conducted market research studies for large companies, including: Ipsos, Cencosud, Danone, Coca Cola, Nielsen, Metro de Chile, CNN, COMEX Mexico, Movistar Mindcode, PhD, Televisa, TNS Gallup, FOX Chile, LUN Chile, Metro Sydney Australia, Movistar Argentina, Entel Chile, Bimbo, UNILEVER, P&G, and many more….
He has also formed academic teams for the creation of neuroscientific research laboratories with institutions such as: Uninorte (Colombia),Universidad del Quindio (Colombia), Univates (Brazil),Universidad Arturo Prat (Chile),Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (Chile),Universidad de Chile (Chile),Universidad de la Frontera (Colombia), Universidad Santiago de Chile (Chile), Universidad del Pacífico (Chile), Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), Universidad del Bosque (Colombia), Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador) and many more Today he works as an independent consultant giving advice, talks and workshops to various companies worldwide. Coach certified by ESCO - ICF (2015) Certifications in Innovation by IXL Center ( Innovation Associate L.1) by the Global Innovation Management Institute – GIMI (2015). Certification of competencies as an Innovation Advisor – Train The Trainer Distinction for Innovemos Guate program – Technalia - ikei. She conducted more than 100 commercial research studies with various biometric technologies to understand consumer behavior, such as Eye Tracker (ET), Face Reading (FR), Galvanic Response (GSR), Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Pupillometry.
Currently hold the position of Commercial Director of Central America in the company Advanced Marketing & Biometric Lab and founder and Executive Director of NEUROCAMP Latin America. She worked for the last 8 years at Eye On Media. Former professor since 2014 at the Technological University of Costa Rica (TEC) and in ULATINA. Visiting professor at various public and private universities in Latin America, and, she had the responsibility for working and implementing the Neuromarketing research laboratories at universities such as the neuroscience department at the University of Costa Rica, the National University and the experimental economy department at TEC. She held the position for Costa Rica, of “Local chair” or Ambassador of the NMSBA - Neuromarketing Science & Business Association - during the period 2014-2017. Today, she had a Doctorate degree in Business Management with an emphasis on research from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica, she´s doctoral thesis focuses on attentional aspects validated with Neuromarketing technologies. Also, graduate of the international cooperation agreement FUNDEPOS - University of Costa Rica where she obtains an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and in the Service Quality Institute of Minnesota, she specialized in the year 2004 in the area of Customer Service as a Consultant in Service Strategy. Later, she did online studies at the University of Vigo (2014) and Santo Tomás de España (2016), both in Neuromarketing. In 2015, obtained a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience from the Universidad de la Salle de Cuernavaca in Mexico and in 2018, and formalized the specialization in Neuromarketing and Innovation at the University of Lorraine in France. Adviser for more than 16 years of transnational companies on the subject of research and since 2010, I have been invited in multiple forums to expose and disseminate the subject in Latin America. |
